About Snoqualmie
Snoqualmie access permits allow entry to the Snoqualmie Forest located north of North Bend and Snoqualmie, Washington.
Motorized Recreation Access permits allow access for a range of outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, hiking, bicycling, sightseeing, photography – activities that are not allowed are e-bikes, motorcycling, ATVing, snowmobiling, paragliding and target shooting.
Motorized permits allow access for families, defined for the purpose of this permit as legally married spouses (recognized by the State of Washington) and their children under age 19. Every person in a vehicle entering the property must have a permit or be named on their parent’s permit, even if they are not driving. Permits cost $275.
Non-motorized permits are available on an annual or daily basis for families or individuals and are required for all non-motorized access including horseback riding, walking and bicycling. Permits are available for purchase online, just click on the non-motorized permit tab. For 2022, annual Individual and family permits cost $60 with an unlimited quantity available for purchase. Daily permits cost $15 for families and $10 for individuals and are good for one-day only. Non-motorized permit holders may not ride in any vehicle while on the property.
All access is generally open from April 1st to March 30th except July 3rd, 4th and 5th. Access is allowed from 1 and 1/2 hours before sunrise to 1 and 1/2 hours after sunset.
